I became a teacher to make a positive difference for every child. As head teacher, I place this belief at the heart of our school.  

 

You know every child is unique and at St. Nicholas I am determined that we treat each child as an individual. One of the reasons I love this school is that its size means that I know every child and our teaching staff can tailor our teaching to get the best out of every child in the school. 

 

Being a school is about more than the adding up and writing stories, it's about developing life skills, growing up and preparing for the next stage in our life. I am proud of the way we develop our pupils in all aspects of their education, well being and the success they have when they move to secondary school.
